Narellan is one of the more varied suburbs we work in on the Camden corridor run. You've got established residential streets from the 1980s and 90s, newer estate sections from the 2000s and 2010s, growing medium-density near the town centre, and a commercial strip around Narellan Town Centre. The type of job changes street by street, which is why we always assess properly before we quote.

The newer estate homes are where we do most of the new installs. Families moving into 4-bedroom single-storey homes in the estate sections want ducted sorted before they unpack. Builder typically leaves nothing in, so we come in on a blank canvas. Good roof clearances, standard construction, and clear access make these among the more straightforward installs on our run. Older Homes on the Established Streets

The brick veneer homes in the established Narellan streets are a different story. Systems in these properties are often 10-15 years old and starting to show their age. We get a lot of repair calls from here - refrigerant leaks, compressors running warm, ducted systems blowing room-temp air. Near Narellan Town Centre there's a growing amount of medium-density and small commercial work. Split systems for cafes, retail spaces, and offices in the town centre precinct. Compact installs, dedicated circuits, wall-mounted units - not glamorous, but important to get right. Noah handles most of these.

For a 4-bedroom estate home in Narellan, ducted is almost always the right call. The floor plans are designed for it, the roof spaces are accessible, and running one properly zoned ducted system is a lot more efficient than cooling four separate rooms with splits.
