Problem

Family moving into a brand-new 4-bedroom single-storey home in Oran Park called us before settlement. Builder had left no air conditioning at all. They wanted the system running by the time the removalists arrived - settlement was three weeks out.

Diagnosis

Mick assessed the roof space at a pre-settlement inspection - clear access, good height throughout, standard estate construction. Installed a 10kW Daikin ducted system with 5 zones and a wifi controller. 4 bedroom zones individually controlled, main living on its own zone. System commissioned and running on install day, a week before the family moved in. Total: $7,800 fully installed.

Split System Install - Granny Flat, Oran Park

Problem

Homeowner had a detached studio-style granny flat at the rear of their new Oran Park property. Main home was fully ducted, but the granny flat had nothing. They wanted a proper system for the flat - separate from the main home's ducted system, independently controlled.

Diagnosis

Noah installed a 3.5kW Daikin wall-mount split system in the granny flat, with its own dedicated circuit run from the sub-board at the flat. Outdoor unit positioned on the flat's rear wall. Clean install, fully commissioned on the day. Total: $1,650 fully installed.
