This calculator gives a realistic guide based on 30+ years of Sydney ducted air conditioning installs. Final pricing depends on roof access, ceiling space, duct layout, electrical requirements and any unusual site conditions, so we confirm the fixed price after a free on-site quote.

Supply of the ducted unit, New Pipes, new Return air system, installation labour, If its a new install also the supply flexible ductwork , ceiling outlets, zone motors, controller, electrical connection from the switchboard, commissioning and system handover. GST is included.

Additional electrical work if your switchboard needs upgrading, roof structural modifications, asbestos removal, and strata or council approvals. On Replacements we are not allowing for new Power cable, Existing Ductwork or Grilles, Zone motors etc. These are uncommon, and if needed we quote them separately.
