• Our employees, contractors, and suppliers (e.g. electricians, parts suppliers)
• Payment processors and debt collectors
• Contractor protection / non-payment databases: If an invoice remains unpaid after due notice, we may share limited details (name, property address, invoice amount) with industry databases that help protect trades from bad payers. You will always be notified first and given a chance to pay.
• Government bodies when required by law

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can opt out of marketing or non-essential disclosures by emailing or calling us.

5. Security & storage
We store data securely in Australia using encrypted cloud systems. Records are kept for 7 years (ATO requirement) then securely destroyed.
