The ductwork in these deep roof cavities is nearly always sound, so a replacement is mostly new units and a controller, and a modern inverter cools the big floor plans far better for less. Out on the acreage at Dural and Glenhaven we go bigger, 18kW to 20kW, with heavy zoning.
