Covering Bella Vista and the Hills District.
Ducted installation and replacement in larger modern homes is the main job type in Bella Vista.

Bella Vista is one of the newer Hills suburbs, with a lot of the housing stock from the 2000s to 2010s. Most homes are large two-storeys that were either built with ducted as standard or need a first-time install. The bigger floor areas here mean you're often looking at a 14-16kW system with 6-8 zones. Mick Daly runs all our Hills installs and has done a lot of work in Bella Vista.

The homes in Bella Vista are bigger than most Sydney suburbs. A 4-bedroom two-storey here often has 280-350sqm of floor area, which means a bigger system and more zones than a standard install. We spec the right kW and zone count for the actual layout - undersizing is the most common complaint we hear from homeowners who used a cheaper installer. Use the sizing calculator as a starting point.

Air Conditioning Advice for Bella Vista Homeowners

For Bella Vista homes without ducted, a first-time install is straightforward given the roof cavity access in most of these builds. The cost is comparable to a replacement and the modern inverter systems are significantly quieter and more efficient than systems from 10 years ago.

For granny flats or rooms not on the ducted circuit, a 2.5kW to 3.5kW split handles the space cleanly. See the pricing guide for current costs before you call.
