Covering Edmondson Park and the South West Sydney region.
Mostly new ducted installs here, plus splits in the apartments around the station.

Edmondson Park went from paddocks to a proper town centre in a few years, and we have watched it grow. Most of our work here is putting ducted into the new freestanding homes and fitting splits in the apartments around Ed.Square and the station. The homes are too new to need many repairs yet, so it is install work and the odd service.

About Us

30+ Years

Edmondson Park is brand new. Freestanding homes built in the last ten years, most of them two-storey on compact blocks, and a stack of apartment complexes near the station. The new houses are built ducted-ready. The apartments run splits because that is all body corporate allows.
About Us

Air Conditioning in Edmondson Park

After air conditioning in Edmondson Park? We've done this since 1991. Ducted for a new two-storey runs $9,500 to $12,000, and a split for an Ed.Square apartment is around $2,400. Most homes here are new builds set up for ducted from the start. 4.8 stars from 280+ reviews.

Edmondson Park homes are new, but new does not mean cool. West-facing two-storey homes on compact blocks soak up the afternoon sun and the upstairs bakes. Getting air conditioning Edmondson Park families can rely on usually means a ducted system done properly when the house is built or soon after.

For a typical new two-storey home here you are looking at a ducted system around 14kW to 16kW, zoned so the bedrooms upstairs and the living downstairs run separately. Compact blocks mean the outdoor unit placement matters, so we plan it so it is not blasting hot air at your neighbour's window. Our sizing calculator is a good starting point.

New homes and apartments near the station

If you are in one of the apartments around Ed.Square, ducted usually is not an option, so splits are the way. A 2.5kW in the bedroom and a 5kW in the living area covers most apartments comfortably. We handle the body corporate side, the bracket placement and the tidy install. A pair of splits supplied and fitted runs around $3,800 to $4,500.

For the freestanding homes, ducted is the go. We install Panasonic, Daikin or Actron, sized and zoned to your floor plan. A zoned ducted system in a new Edmondson Park home lands around $9,000 to $12,500. See our pricing page for the full ranges.

We cover all of Edmondson Park and the new estates around it. We are regularly on jobs in nearby Leppington, Denham Court and Carnes Hill. Give us a bell and we will come take a look.

Ducted Air Conditioning in Edmondson Park

Ducted air conditioning Edmondson Park homes are practically made for, because the new two-storey builds have the roof space and the wiring ready to go. One system cools the whole house quietly and zoning keeps your bills down by only cooling the level you are using. We size it to your plan and fit Panasonic, Daikin or Actron. Mick runs our ducted installs and has been at it since 2009.

Splits, almost always. Most apartment body corporates do not allow ducted or rooftop units, but a couple of well-placed splits cool an apartment easily. We handle the bracket placement and the body corporate requirements so it is done right.

Air Conditioning Advice for Edmondson Park Homeowners

New homes still need a yearly service. Filters clog and coils get dusty even on a near-new system, and a quick once-over keeps it running efficient and protects your warranty.

Not sure what size suits your floor plan? Our sizing guide gives you a ballpark, then we confirm it on site. Getting it right from the start beats fixing an undersized system later.
