Air Conditioning Advice for Carlton Homeowners

If you have a 1940s-50s brick home in Carlton, ducted air conditioning is usually the right choice - good roof cavity, flat block, clean install. If your existing system is from before 2005, it's worth getting a quote on replacement rather than another repair bill.

For units or investment properties, a quality split is low-maintenance and affordable. A 5kW Daikin or Panasonic runs well for years with just an annual filter clean. We scope it and quote it before any work starts. Call (02) 9820 4500.
