Covering Stanhope Gardens and the Hills District.
Master-planned estate, two-storey project homes. Ducted is the go, and Mick runs the installs.

Stanhope Gardens is a proper family estate, most of it built from the late 90s through the 2000s around Stanhope Village. Two-storey project homes, decent but not huge blocks, and houses sitting fairly close together. A lot of them came with ducted from the builder, plenty didn't, and a fair few of those early systems are now hitting the end of their life. We do new ducted, retrofits, replacements and repairs right across the estate.

30+ Years

Stanhope Gardens housing is almost all project-built two-storey homes from the estate boom, brick and rendered, four bedrooms, open-plan downstairs. Lots are smaller than the older Hills acreage but the homes are tall, so cooling upstairs and down is the main game. Roof space is good, which makes ducted with zoning the natural fit.
About Us

Air Conditioning in Stanhope Gardens

Want air conditioning in Stanhope Gardens? We've done this since 1991. The early-2000s builder ducted systems are dying now, so replacements run $9,500 to $12,000, and a retrofit into a home without ducting is similar. We reuse good ducts where we can. 4.8 stars from 280+ reviews.

Stanhope Gardens homes are two-storey and they heat up top to bottom in summer. Upstairs bedrooms cop it worst. Air conditioning Stanhope Gardens properly means cooling both levels without your power bill going through the roof, which is where zoned ducted earns its keep.

Ducted retrofits and replacements in a Stanhope Gardens home

A typical four bedroom Stanhope Gardens home runs nicely on a 14kW ducted system zoned upstairs and downstairs. If your place never came with ducted, we can retrofit it through the existing roof space. If your builder's original system from the early 2000s is on the way out, a like-for-like replacement is usually straightforward. Try our sizing calculator or give us a bell.

Ducted air conditioning Stanhope Gardens homeowners want is all about zoning, so you cool the living areas by day and the bedrooms at night. We fit Panasonic, Daikin and Actron and set the zones up around how your family actually uses the house.

For air conditioning installation Stanhope Gardens wide we also do splits for the odd add-on, a studio, a converted garage or a single hot room. And we repair and service ducted systems all over the estate. Our pricing guide has the numbers.

If you're retrofitting or replacing, get it sized for the home and the heat, and pick a system you can get serviced easily down the track. We're happy to spec it up with you, no pressure.
