Problem

A 1950s brick home in North Parramatta with a tired old ducted system that was 14 years old and barely cooling the back of the house. The owner had patched it twice and wanted it gone before summer.

Diagnosis

Mick pulled the old unit out and fitted a new Panasonic 12.5kW ducted system with an 8-zone controller. Ductwork was rerun through the existing roof cavity, plenty of room in these older homes. Total job came to $10,400 including supply, install, new grilles, and full commissioning.

Multi-Head Split Install - Parramatta CBD Apartment

Problem

A two-bedroom apartment near Parramatta Square with no cooling and strict strata rules on where the outdoor unit could go. The owner wanted cooling in the living room and both bedrooms.

Diagnosis

Noah fitted a Daikin 3-head multi-split running off one outdoor unit, mounted on the approved balcony spot to keep strata happy. Three indoor heads, neat pipe runs, no mess. Job came to $7,200 supplied and installed.

Diagnosis
